APMG-Australasia recognises that your privacy is very important and we are therefore committed to protecting the personal information we receive from you.
Please note that the information directly below is solely connected with the Best Practice Showcase.
With regard to the Best Practice Showcase, please note that:
- The purpose of our collecting your personal information is to respond to your request to receive information about the Best Practice Showcase or to process your registration, and to market the training and consulting services of accredited organisations.
- We will only disclose your personal information to our partner accredited organisations, who are taking part in the Showcase. However, if you enter a code from an Accredited Training or Accredited Consulting Organisation, your details will only be divulged to that Accredited Training or Accredited Consulting Organisation.
- You may make a request to gain access to any of your personal information that we have collected.
- APMG-Australasia will request that accredited organisations treat any names received in confidence. They will be advised that they are not permitted to sell or trade consumer marketing lists. If you receive contact from an accredited organisation, and you ask them to remove your name from their mailing list, they will be told by APMG-Australasia that they must do so immediately.
- The Best Practice Showcase site contains links to other web sites. Please be aware that our privacy policy does not apply to these linked sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements for all third-party websites to understand their procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing visitors' information.
- APMG-Australasia is committed to observing its obligations under the SPAM Act 2003 & Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. If you receive a commercial electronic message from us and you do not wish to receive any further messages of this nature from us, please email us at info@apmg-australasia.com.
- You may access personal information we hold about you, upon making a written request. APMG-Australasia will endeavour to acknowledge your request within 7 days of its receipt and to provide you with access to the information requested within 30 days.
- We are committed to keeping information that is accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
- APMG-Australasia does not sell or trade consumer marketing lists to any organisation, nor provide personal information in any format, except as described above.
- In sending email communications, we will always ensure that you can identify us as originator.
